I started in payroll in 2009 with a local company where "all in" support and in-person service weren't just talking points—they were how we did business. That experience shaped everything about how I approach HR technology today. I saw firsthand how the right partnership could transform a business, and how the wrong one could create endless frustration.

Outside of work, I live in Waunakee with my family. We love exploring Wisconsin, sneaking away to the coast for boogie boarding, and I've been playing volleyball with my husband and friends for over 20 years. My latest passion is mountain biking—we traveled to Scotland for a biking adventure in 2019 and completed our first mountain bike race in 2025, with many more adventures ahead.
